How It Works

The process of authoring a book in the What To Do In & Around Town series is simple:

  • Tell the publisher your intended town

  • Send the publisher a classic photo from your town

  • The publisher creates the front cover of your book AND uses your cover to create a personalized 1-pg sponsor invitation PDF

  • You invite your local network to sponsor your book

  • Sponsors use your personalized QR code to pay their $250

  • While you are getting sponsors, the publisher assembles your book

  • The publisher collects information (1/4 page ad for the sponsor’s business) from each sponsor

  • When 40 sponsors are in your book, it’s ready to go to press

  • 5,000 copies print and ship to you (allow 4-6 weeks)

  • Host a party or deliver 100 copies to each sponsor

  • Everyone uses the 5,000 copies for massive local growth!
